Article II, Section 3
A. Should an organization receiving Direct Student Funding incur a debt or violate University procurement policy, SAFB shall recommend that Student Council place that organization on probationary status with a simple majority vote. Additionally, in the event that a debt is incurred by an organization, all future expenditures will be frozen.
C. Once the organization has rectified the debt, the organization’s expenditures are no longer frozen and SAFB must review the probationary status. If SAFB feels the organization can handle its own finances, SAFB may recommend that the organization be taken off of probationary status using the procedure listed in Article II, Section 3, subsection D.
Article III, Section 6, Sub-Section E
c. Organizations must have a zero balance or greater on all financial accounts before being considered for funding.
d. Student Council shall consider the requests at one General Student Council meeting each semester.
