Whereas, the General Council of Student Council has made recommendations and changes to the Student Council Constitution and By-Laws over the last several years, and;
Whereas, multiple versions of the Student Council Constitution and By-Laws have existed in the recent years, and;
Whereas, the General Council has taken actions to combine the various versions of the documents found recently;
Be It Resolved, the current Constitution and By-Laws found on the website as of April 21, 2009 replaces all previous versions of the Constitution and By-Laws including bills to amend the said documents.
