- President – Andrew Ronchetto
- The COC has sent a request for Career Fair volunteers. If you are interested contact Nancy from the COC. This will count for project hours.
- There is one candidate for Student Body President, Stephanie Rostad. There will be no campaigning until next week and elections will be the final week for February. It is vital that at the next Student Council meeting you let your constituents know they are welcome and can come ask questions of her.
- There will be an open forum for the Student Representative to the Board of Curators with the current Curator on February 12th in 213 Butler Carlton. If anyone is interested in this position, they need to attend this open forum, and contact me. The applications are due the 27th of this month.
- The Board of Curators will be meeting this Friday and deciding what action will be taken concerning the budget cuts the University is potentially facing. I will keep you updated on what is occurring.
- If you have constituents that are graduating, they need to apply for graduation. This can be done on the registrars website, and is due by Monday of next week.
- Vice President of External Affairs – Diana Meyers
- Finishing up the Student Interest Survey. If you have any questions you want on it, let me know. Its not too late to get things squeezed in.
- Vice President of Internal Affairs – Patrick Holloway
- Working on reviewing SOPs and setting up meetings with the Executive Committee to see what progress is occurring and how we can get goals achieved.
- Treasurer – Jared Harrison
- We spent $102, had zero income, and currently have $25,464.
- Recorder – Stephanie Rostad
- Currently working on updating database and listserv.
- President – Andrew Ronchetto
- Advisor Reports – Mark Potrafka and Steve Raper

- CCI – Physical Concerns & Improvements Committee – David Griffin
- Currently working on the Student Interest Survey with Dianna.
- Student Services Committee – Ashley Hampton
- Blood drive is this week. Wednesday and Thursday will be in Havener, St. Pats A&B.  Friday it will be at Multi practice gym. You can come and volunteer for project hours and of course give blood.
- Public Relations Committee – Megan Rodenberg, Ashley Moore, Marina Jacobe
- Only one Miner for a Day April 2-3.
- Looking to make registration through the website is possible so things are more convenient.
- Looking into cardboard cut-outs because they are fun.
- Student Information & Technology Committee – Thuydung Huynh
- Margaret Cline will be at the next meeting. If you or your constituents have questions about ITs plans for your student fees or what is currently occurring, come and ask questions. Everyone is welcome!
- CCI – Physical Concerns & Improvements Committee – David Griffin
- Executive Assistants
- Parent and Alumni Liaison – Ryan Brunkhorst
- Currently working on Alumni Awards for the fall. Nominations will open up this spring. Be looking out for PR.
- City Council Representative – Curtis McDonald
- We will have a Shamrock workday February 22, with a rain date of March 1. We will be painting shamrocks on the streets of Rolla. Project hours will be available for whoever comes out and helps.
- Parent and Alumni Liaison – Ryan Brunkhorst
- Student Activity Finance Board – Matt Faulkner
- We will be holding interviews this week for EFC applications.
- Presenting one budget tonight for Campus Events.
- Next meeting we will be presenting Club Appropriations and Campus Events.
- If you would like to become a part of SAFB contact me. It’s a lot of fun!
- We will be meeting Sunday to discuss the interviews that were held this week.
- St. Pat’s Committee – Todd Miller
- Only 37 Daze Till the Best Ever St. Pats 2009!
- Participation packets need to be turned in as soon as possible.

- Associate Organizations
- Associated Students of the University of Missouri – Kyle Marlay
- Our first board meeting of the semester will be Friday.
- Still trying to get people here during the end of February.
- If you know anyone that wants to get involved in ASUM, we are starting up an ambassador program, have them contact me.
- Council of Graduate Students – Prabhu Angajala
- CGS has nothing new to report at this time.
- Interfraternity Council – Alex Vitale
- The 13th through the 15th, IFC members will be going to the Mid-American Greek Association Awards.
- Greek Sing will be April 25th at All-Stars.
- Panhellenic Council – Megan McLain
- Currently looking for organizations to do programming with.
- Currently selling advertisements in our recruitment handbook. This is a great way to reach every freshman girl as well as other girls going through formal recruitment.
- Residence Hall Association – Laura Vale
- No report at this time.
- Student Union Board – Ryan Stringer
- St. Patricks Day Concert Tickets are currently available.
