    1. President – Andrew Ronchetto
      1. Presidential elections will be going on next week and since there is only one candidate, she does need to receive a majority of the votes cast.
      2. Student Curator applications are due Friday February 27th by 4 p.m.
      3. The second portion of accreditation will be going on next week on campus.  If anyone wants to talk to you we ask that you simply answer any questions they have to the best of your ability.  We really appreciate your helping out with this.
    2. Vice President of External Affairs – Diana Meyers
      1. The Student Interest Survey is almost complete and should be out by the end of this week so be looking out for it and please participate.
    3. Vice President of Internal Affairs – Patrick Holloway
      1. Currently working on the Extraordinary Student Leadership Award.  Applications are now available online.  If you know of an outgoing Senior (graduating in May, July, or December) that would be deserving, nominate them!
    4. Treasurer – Jared Harrison
      1. We spent $700, received $210.50, and currently have $27,000.
      2. The t-shirt order will be placed on Friday.  If you would like a Student Council t-shirt please contact me.
    5. Recorder – Stephanie Rostad
      1. If you haven’t gone online and filled out the membership application, please do so.
  6. Advisor Reports – Mark Potrafka and Steve Raper
      1. If your organization receives funding, you need to come to the Student Life office and work with our staff.  We are getting rid of reimbursements and keeping with the University policy on travel.  This means your travel needs to be filled out before the travel is done.  You can do this on the Student Life website.
      2. You have reusable shopping bags, take them, use them.

    1. Recognition and Leadership Committee – Dominic Clucas
      1. We are having a CDC phone conference with the president Thursday or Friday.  You can fill out nominations at stuco.mst.edu
    2. Web Administration Committee – Travis Megee, Michelle Vaughan
      1. Getting forms ready for all the nominations that need to be done this spring.
      2. Worked on the Miner for a Day form.  Sign up to be a host!

      2. Panhel and IFC exec attended Mid-American Greek Council Association Conference in St. Louis and we received an award for Membership Recruitment for this past year and came back with some great new ideas!

      2. Working on St. Pat’s alternative activities as well as other programming.
    6. Student Union Board – Ryan Stringer
      1. St. Pat’s Concert tickets are on sale now.  Student tickets are only $15 and regular tickets are only $30.

          2. Giongsik Lee moves to add $275 to line item 14 in TaeKwanDo budget, seconded by Mladen Kojic. Dominic Clucas calls the question, no objections.

          1. Beth Groenke moves to add ten minutes time maximum to discussion, Dominic Clucas seconds.
