- Addition of item to move $10,000 from Equipment and Contingency Fund to Campus Events fund with no objection.

- Officer Reports
- President – Andrew Ronchetto
- Presidential elections are over. Stephanie Rostad is the President Elect for the 2009-2010 school year. She will be assuming this role at the end of this semester.
- The Student Curator applications were due last Friday. We received six completed applications. Individuals will be interviewed by ISC at the April Board of Curators meeting.
- Vice President of External Affairs – Diana Meyers
- Take the Student Interest Survey! It will be available to take until Wednesday of next week. This is incredibly important when deciding what issues we will be taking on in the coming months.
- Vice President of Internal Affairs – Patrick Holloway
- I have decided to extend the application deadline for the Extraordinary Student Leaders Award until the Friday before Spring Break. The nomination forms are available on the Student Council website. The nominee must be graduating this May, July or December.
- Treasurer – Jared Harrison
- T-shirts will be here for the next meeting. If you haven’t paid for your t-shirt, please bring $3 to the next meeting.
- Over the past two weeks we have spent $505, Received $61, and have a current balance of $25,771.
- Recorder – Stephanie Rostad
- Open office space review will occur later this month. If your organization currently has an open office space or would like to apply for one, they will need to fill out an application.
- President – Andrew Ronchetto
- Advisor Reports – Mark Potrafka and Steve Raper
- Student Life has begun revising the student handbook. As a result of sustainability issues we are planning on changing the format and producing it on a CD. We would like to continue the use of student photographs. After St. Pat’s we will be looking for and asking for your pictures.
- Planning for the Tour of Missouri has begun. The finish line for the stage ending in Rolla will be in the same place as last year. It will be Wednesday, September 9th. We are looking for a lot of planning to occur this semester and we would like to get as many student groups involved as possible.
- Committee Reports
- Campus Concerns and Improvements – David Griffin
- The Student Interest Survey is out, please take it.
- I will have some a construction report coming out next week.
- Shamrocks were painted this last weekend, we would like to do more this weekend weather permitting. Look in your e-mail for more information.
- Student Services Committee – Ashley Hampton
- The next blood drive will be held April 28th through May 1st.
- Working on Paint the Streets in front of Havener. We would like all groups to come and change UMR to S&T.
- We will possibly be doing a chalk the walk soon, so look out for more information concerning that.
- Recognition and Leadership – Dominic
- The Student Leaders Awards are going to be April 17th. Please go online and register, it is a great time to network and have some fun.
- Currently accepting nominations for February Member of the Month

- Student Activity Finance Board – Matt Faulkner
- Been working hard on the contingency plan concerning the need for a non-raised fee for the 2009-2010 year since UM system is possibly requiring it. Direct Student Funding accounts have been gone through and money has been reallocated and moved around.
- St. Pat’s Committee – Todd Miller
- Only 9 Daze Till the Best Ever St. Pats 2009!
- Be safe and watch out on campus tomorrow, apparently there are a lot of snakes
- Associate Organizations
- Associated Students of the University of Missouri – Kyle Marlay
- Working on getting speakers in within the next couple of months.
- The end of this semester we will be electing new board members, if you feel like you or someone you know may be interested, come talk to me.
- Council of Graduate Students – Prabhu Angajala
- The graduate newsletter is out in both print and online. It contains the latest news concerning graduate students. We will be more than happy to publish things for graduate students.
- Elections will be the last week of March.
- Interfraternity Council – Alex Vitale
- No report
- Panhellenic Council – Megan McLain
- Had annual chili cook-off and quiz bowl on Saturday.
- The next couple of weeks looking for plan of Greek Life.
- I will be sending out a directory of all exec contact information for sororities and Panhel.
- We will hopefully be starting a campaign for Greek Life
- Residence Hall Association – Laura Vale
- Approved money for Block Party.
- Elections will start tomorrow night and run for six weeks.
- Student Union Board – Ryan Stringer
- Death from Below will be here on Thursday in Carver Turner at 6.
- Max Payne will be playing on Saturday.
- I Heart Female Orgasm will be here next Tuesday.
