i. The Board of Curators will be interviewing the potential student curators the week after spring break, and the Board of Trustees will be visiting this same week in St. Pats A and B.
b. Vice President of External Affairs- Dianna Meyers
i. Thanks to all who filled out Student Interest Survey. This will help when making decisions on what issues are taken on the next months.
c. Vice President of Internal Affairs- Patrick Holloway
i. This is last week to register for Extraordinary Student Leadership Award. The link for nominations is available at stucco.mst.edu. Nominees must be graduating this May, July, or December.
ii. Executive committee registration is coming up. Applications are available on the Student Council website.
d. Treasurer- Jared Harrison
i. T-shirts are in, if you have not paid me yet please do so as soon as possible. Come pick them up from Tina’s office.
e. Recorder- Stephanie Rostad
i. Register online to be a voting member of Student Council if you have not already.
ii. Application for open office space will be online week after spring break.

X. Associate Organizations
a. Associated Students of the
i. Thanks for the support with Missouri Access. It was a great success at the capitol last Tuesday.
b. Council of Graduate Students- Prabhu Angajala
i. CGS Executive Board positions are open for nominations. Interesting graduate candidates can nominate. To nominate for President and Vice-President positions, one must be a representative. For Secretary and Treasurer positions, any graduate student can nominate. Election is through blackboard on April 2nd
ii. CGS is coming up with Graduate Study Week in April 2nd week. We are inviting posters from all the departments. During that week, we have four sessions for poster presentations. We are inviting judges and we have cash/scholarship prizes for first and second prizes of every session. For more details, take a look at cgs.mst.edu or write to cgs@mst.edu
c. Interfraternity Council- Alex Vitale
i. A Greek banquet will be held April 29, Greek Sing will be April 25, and April 4 IFC will host a highway clean-up.
d. Panhellenic Council- Megan McLain
i. Look forward to an early May kickball tournament. All are invited!
e. Residence Hall Association- Laura Vale
i. RHA is holding elections for part of it’s exec right now.
ii. Approved NACURH applications.
f. Student Union Board- Ryan Stringer
i. Whitest Kids You Know going on in St. Pat’s A and B.
ii. After Spring Break Zach and Miri will be the movies shown that Saturday.
iii. The Easter egg hunt will take place on April 3.
iv. SUB sending S&T students to help Truman with their Ludo and Red Jumpsuit Apparatus concert on April 24.

a. 2009-2010 Student Activity Fee Contingency Plan
i. Motion: Matt Faulkner moves to accept the proposed recommend 0% increase contingency plan for the 2009-2010 Student Activity Fee. Furthermore, this plan will only replace the recommend plan approved in the Fall if the Board of Curators approve a 0% increase to the Student Activity Fee.
ii. Elliot Gross seconds
